1. Carpet Stains
For fresh carpet stains, remove any food or blot up as much of the spill as you can. Then, mix up a solution of 1 part OxiClean to 16 parts water and pour into a squeeze bottle. Saturate the affected area, then let it sit for a few minutes. DON’T let it air dry. After the quick soak, blot the spot with a clean, white towel. Repeat the process until the stain disappears. When you’re done, rinse with clean water and blot dry. Also, be careful to blot your carpet instead of rubbing hard, which can damage the fibers.
