For all physical documents and lists, use a wedding binder or book. Have something like this where every physical document for your wedding can be tracked: receipts, lists, letters, etc. Put the important documents in sheet protectors for added organization.

Be sure to have a chat available for your guests to see where their seat is, and place several of these charts around the venue, to keep a line forming around one of the charts. It also would be a good idea to have place cards so your guests know exactly where to sit.
