If you are not a fan of the white peg board, try a clear acrylic peg board like this one featured on  Alkemie . I love how modern it looks! Laura at Finding Home used an armoire and filled it with clear plastic bins. The chalkboard DIY labels keep everything nicely organized so her kids know where things belong.
