Use a lemon half and some kosher salt to clean and sanitize your cutting board. Sprinkle the salt on the cutting board and then rub it in with the lemon and finally rinse it.
If you dropped an egg, have no fear! Sprinkle some salt on it, let it sit for about twenty minutes, and then you should be able to just sweep everything up!
