You’re going to need some wooden crates, so luckily there are quite a few ways to get your hands on some. How To Organize With Wooden Crates
Here’s a pretty simple idea that shows how versatile wooden crates are–just stack and configure them however you like. This idea shows how crates make a fabulously simple spot to organize your books, knickknacks, or other items. And you never have to leave them as they are. Paint them in any number of colors!
If you like the look of the unfinished wooden crates, you don’t have to do anything but stack them two or three high and use them to organize your vinyl records, CD’s or DVD collection. Another wooden crate is turned upside-down, put on wheels, and used as a small coffee table/ottoman. There are just so many ways to use them!
If you’ve got wood crates around, don’t buy any baskets and bins to organize your pantry. Use the crates! They’re the perfect mate for your potatoes and other produce, because they let plenty of air circulate through, but you can use them to organize dry goods, canned goods, or anything else.
